Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders


Creamy chicken, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, and melted Colby Jack cheese tucked inside buttery Hawaiian rolls. Easy to make and packed with flavor, these sliders are perfect for lunch, game day, or an easy weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian slider buns
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (about 3 cups)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 package real bacon pieces
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 6 slices Colby Jack cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, bacon pieces, and shredded cheese until well mixed.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
  5. Top with slices of Colby Jack cheese and place the top halves of the rolls over the filling.
  6. Mix the melted butter with the garlic powder and parsley. Brush over the tops of the buns.
  7. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve with fries, tater tots, or kettle chips.
  • For a stronger ranch flavor, add 1 teaspoon of ranch seasoning to the filling.
  • Leftover sliders can be refrigerated and reheated in the oven or air fryer.
