About Hello Eaters
Hello Eaters—
I’m Danny. I’m 43, and I absolutely love food.
Not just eating it—everything about it. The ingredients, the process, the creativity, and especially the effort that goes into cooking for someone. There’s something about making a meal for another person that just matters.
I didn’t always cook the way I do now, but somewhere along the way it became something I genuinely enjoy. Not because it has to be perfect—but because it’s real.
Hello Eaters started as my own personal culinary journal—a place to document what I was learning, what I was cooking, and what I was enjoying along the way. Over time, it’s become more than that.
Now, it’s also about helping others learn, try new things, and feel more comfortable in the kitchen.
This is a place for:
- meals that actually get made
- things I’m learning in the kitchen
- food I’m excited about
- and the occasional thought that sticks with me
It’s not about being fancy.
It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about good food, made with intention.
If you enjoy that too—you’re in the right place.
From my kitchen to yours,
-D
